Darkroom is a concept store located in London's Lamb’s Conduit Street. Working with an identity and design concept created by Darkroom [and Multistorey] director Rhonda Drakeford, we developed the website, and recently launched the second phase, an online shop.

Darkroom Website Development & Online Store
Having collaborated with Rhonda Drakeford & Multistorey on a number of web projects, we began working with Darkroom on their website in 2009. The initial website, developed in ExpressionEngine was a showcase of the products and enabled Darkroom to showcase new stock & promote exhibitions. In August 2010, we completed the second phase of the project, adding e-commerce functionality to the site.
We highly recommend a visit to the shop itself – from the incredible interior to the range of products on sale, Rhonda & her business partner Lulu Roper Caldbeck have curated a unique and constantly changing selection – from "hard edged, modernist 20th Century antiques" to work by contemporary designers.
The range and type of item available means that the site needs to be flexibile, allowing Darkroom to deal with everything from one–off interior items to sized belts and jewellery. Now that the orders are coming in, we're looking forward to continuing our work with Darkroom, expanding functionality and refining the site based on customer experiences and the changes within their own product range.
