– Product Catalogue for Leo Scarff

Hiberform by Leo Scarff

Ciara has recently completed some print pieces (catalogues and stationery – visuals to come soon) for product designer Leo Scarff, who has just launched his new range. Hiberform is a new collection of screens, sculptural structures and furniture products designed for use in offices, hospitality, retail and domestic spaces.

These designs have been created for contemporary spaces, where clean lines, functional and colourful structures are required to give vibrancy to the interior.

Our room dividers are available in a range of sizes and colours to suit any interior scheme and can be configured in dramatic yet practical layouts. Our design team can also create custom solutions and modifications to any product and our high tech production network enables an efficient, high quality supply chain.

Congratulations Leo & best of luck with the new range.

The Fisherman by Areaman & Patrick Bolger

The Fisherman is a short film by Areaman & photographer Patrick Bolger. It premiered last weekend (Saturday 12 November 2011) as part of the Corona Cork Film Festival. We were delighted to be approached by Tom & Shane to design the credits for the film.

The Fisherman follows Pat Walker as he climbs the high hill of Bull na Mór, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean to honour his father Pake Walker’s memory and to contemplate a life spent at sea.

The film was directed and edited by Tom Burke. Tom Burke and Patrick Bolger shared Director of Photography duties. Shane Hogan produced and Gerry Horan composed the music.

ICAD Best of 2011

I am Design Week 2011

Design Week kicks off next week with a mix of warm up events, talks and exhibitions taking place all over the country. In their own words;

The purpose of Design Week is to highlight the important contribution that good design makes to the cultural, economic and social life of Ireland by fostering a reputation for creative excellence and innovation. The week involves seminars, workshops, lectures, trails and exhibitions across the island of Ireland.

Associate designed the 2011 brochure, which you should find in your hands at some point.  We created a series of covers featuring iconic objects like the bucket – maybe you could collect them?
